I am a member of the Quebec Bar (2020) and an accredited mediator with the Institut de médiation et d'arbitrage du Québec (IMAQ).
I practice in litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution in civil and commercial matters, as well as in real estate and administrative law. My dispute prevention and resolution practice includes the special arbitration procedure known as final offer arbitration - sometimes referred to as “baseball arbitration”.
I have attended courses abroad dedicated to international arbitration, such as the Académie d'arbitrage de Paris in France and the public and private international law courses at The Hague Academy of International Law in the Netherlands. I have also worked for university professors, including in the field of mixed mode dispute resolution, contributing to the work of the International Task Force On Mixed Mode Dispute Resolution, an international think-tank of experts.
I have published various articles on dispute resolution in academic law journals, which have been cited by the courts.
